Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Truck drivers must slow down, say Nottinghamshire police, after five articulated trucks overturned in one area in less than three weeks.

Sgt Ted Antill, of the Northern Traffic Wing, 011erton, says two truck drivers are seriously ill, and in one instance a major road had to be closed for more than 11 hours while the damage was dealt with. One accident also involved a vehicle carrying "potentially dangerous chemicals".

Anti!! warns: "These vehicles, weighing up to 40 tonnes, need to be treated with the greatest respect, as the potential consequences of a total loss of control are extremely serious."

He emphasises that drivers must load their vehicles carefully. "We will be conducting speed checks on main roads and checking that vehicles are safely loaded within their limits."
