Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The International Road Transport Union (IRU) is training 500 drivers this summer from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Ukraine. The IRU is paying for BO% of the one-day course; the balance will be paid by each driver's company or national association.

Some recent serious accidents have "cast suspicion on the behaviour of professional truck drivers', says the IRU.

The training is being carried out by the Austrian Automobile Club at a site near Vienna which can take 12 drivers a day.
