Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An experimental bus lane in Camberwell New Road came into operation on Monday. The lane is for eastbound buses operating between Medlar Street and Denmark Hill from 8 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 6.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is expected that the 78 buses using the lane during the morning period will save nearly a minute of their journey times while the 82 buses using the lane during the evening will save 2+ minutes of their journeys.

The estimated cost of installing the lane is £6800 and it is expected that £13,000 a year will be saved in bus operating costs and crew and passengers time costs.

The waiting and loading restrictions have been amended to fit in with the lane operation. So far there are 32 bus lanes in operation in Greater London
