TW0 Americans, Mr. Thomas T. Lambie and Mr. John T. Lynch, members of a leading firm of traffic consultants, are in Glasgow to help with a transportation survey in that city and the West of Scotland that will take from two to three years to complete.
The survey will be carried out by the Glasgow firm of Scott, Wilson, Kirkpatrick and Partners, traffic consultants to the Corporation, in association with the Americans.
