Mr. E. A. Martin, who has been managing director of The North British Rubber Co. Ltd. since January. 1962, has announced his resignation as from the end of April, when he will return to North America to take up a new executive assignment within the US Rubber Group. The management of North British Rubber is to be in the hands of a. British management team. With effect from May 1, Mr. D. F. Vallis and Mr. V. M. Warns have been appointed to the board of directors. Effective frorn the same date, Mr. Vallis has been appointed managing director and Mr. Wallis deputy managing director.
