Mr. G. Finch has retired as general nanager of Coopers Mechanical Joints Ad., Abergavenny, but retains his posiion on the board of the company and Lis° Engineering Components Ltd. Following a . recent reorganization within the Rootes Group, managing directors of the Main operating companies of the manufacturing divisions include Mr. R. Watson Lee (commercial vehicle division and Cotnmer Cars), Mr. T. S. Brooks (Rootes motor parts), Mr. F. J. Willard (Dodge Bros. (Britain)) and Mr. W. Garner (Rootes (Scotland)); With the expansion of the international marketing division of Cummins Diesel International Ltd., Mr. Frank A. Dolan has been named manager, marketing ser'vices. He joined Cummins three years ago. Mr. Tony Spicer has been named public relations manager.
Mr. F. J. White has been appointed to the board of Percy Lane Ltd., Staffs. He joined the company three years ago as sales executive. The appointment follows the recent death of Mrs. A. G. Lane, a director of the company since its inception 31 years ago.
Mr. Tom Parton has been appointed production manager of India Tyres Ltd. in succession to Mr. S. Sabell, who has taken up another appointment.

Mr. L. H. Reynders, who has been a director of H. A. Saunders Ltd. for more than 40 years, retired at the end of last month. This and the earlier retirement of Mr. E. Mr. E. A. Martin, who has been managing director of The North British Rubber Co. Ltd. since January. 1962, has announced his resignation as from the end of April, when he will return to North America to take up a new executive assignment within the US Rubber Group. The management of North British Rubber is to be in the hands of a. British management team. With effect from May 1, Mr. D. F. Vallis and Mr. V. M. Warns have been appointed to the board of directors. Effective frorn the same date, Mr. Vallis has been appointed managing director and Mr. Wallis deputy managing director.
