Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASURREY operator. Graham Adams, has just put into service this Seddon 13:Four, one of the first tractive units sold in this range. As seen here, it is used with a Taskers 12-ton low-load semi-trailer which has an 18 ft. well and has 10-stud hubs and 9.00-20 tyres to match the tractive unit. The trailer's rear axle is of the knock-out type. To maintain interchangeability with the rest of the fleet, it has twin line air and vacuum brakes. The outfit was supplied and painted by Adams and Adams Ltd.
