Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY firm Aspray24 Vhas been given authorisation to open a new

operating centre in London's White City in a bid to beat congestion and traffic restrictions.

The Willenhall company has now closed its Camberley, Surrey operating centre after the lease expired, and it says it has transferred some of its staff to other A spray sites.

MD Stuart Laight recently told Roadtransport.corn it had outgrown the Camberley depot and a London presence would enable it to operate on its delivery patch, "in what is an increasingly difficult area for logistics providers to deliver into, owing to congestion and restrictions".

The authorisation given to the company at its new operating centre is for 20 vehicles and two trailers. Laight also hopes a rebranding of the company in the summer to Aspray24 from Aspray Transport, coupled with a £2m vehicle investment, should provide it with a fresh image and promote itself as a "one-stop-shop".
