Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

III Members of the Freight Transport Association and Road Haulage Association are set to deal with different staff structures as both look at reorgan isation.

From 1 October Bernard Jones, currently the FTA's sales controller, takes over as south-east regional director and hazardous cargo manager. Frank Tristram becomes regional director for Scotland and Northern Ireland. The posts are currently held by John Guttridge, who retains his post as head of external affairs, and Bob Armstrong who takes on responsibility for all the regions.

Discussion is also expected at next week's RHA national council on reorganising its regions. Reports of reducing the seven regions to four has been called "speculation" by RHA head office.
