Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Challenger is the name of a new range of Scammell semi-trailers for general haulage, container traffic, and T.I.R. operation. The Challenger range is from 22 to 32 tons GVW, lengths 24' to 34' in 1' steps. Every Challenger is built from deep 1-beam frames with straight-through combined cross-members and outriggers welded in position. There's a choice of rubber, air or leaf-spring suspension. For the full facts and specification figures, visit Stand 79 at the show I And while you're there, take a look at the Scammell Trunker "the most advanced twin-steer tractor unit in Britain today". The Trunker takes the maximum possible payload of 32 tons GVW ; ready-for-the-road weight is only 51 tons. An automatic gearbox is optional ; air load transfer and power steering are standard. Said the transport press, "The Trunker handles just like a 4-wheeler."
