Mr. Findlay has been with Glasgow Transport Department for 25 years, and has been chief engineer since 1943.

MR. D. B. COLLETT, Dunlop's general works manager at Speke, Liverpool, has been appointed vice-president and general manager of the Dunlop Tire and Rubber Goods Co., Ltd., Toronto, of which MR. J. I. SIMPSON will continue as president. He is being succeeded at Speke by MR. E. E. QutsrroN. works director at Durban of Dunlop South Africa, Ltd.. since 1942. Mr. Collett joined the Dunlop concern in 1938. He is a son of the late Sir Charles Collett, Bart., a former Lord Mayor of London. Mr. Quinton joined Fort Dunlop as junior technical assistant and left for South Africa as the company's technical manager 10 years later.
