THERE has been a great deal of oppo sition in Yorkshire to the curtailment of rural services by the Traffic Commissioners, and the latest local authority to join the protests is Norton Rural District Council. This municipality is concerned with a service from York to Pocklington and a strong protest against its curtailment has been sent to the Commissioners.
