AS an experiment, Cardiff Corporation proposes to issue monthly tickets at special rates for use throughout the municipal bus system. Where the ordinary return fare is 6d. or under, it is recommended that the monthly charge should be 15s., and scholars will be issued half-rate tickets for travel to and from school, but not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
The question of spending £1,500 on the erection of nine sheleers is to be deferred for nine months.
