YOU PUBLISHED a letter from the Professional Drivers Association last week, apparently signed by a Toby Francis, PDA trustee.
I'd like to point out that there is no Toby Francis among the current trustees of the PDA, nor has there ever been. The letter in question was written by one of our members and sent and signed on behalf of them all,
