Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

We have received numerous communications on the important subject of " all in" costs. We are particularly asked to treat individual examples in confidence, and we have therefore deleted such references in all cases. We have none the less compared the figures, where they were given, with our own filed records. _Perhaps it will meet the case, and serve as a guide to intending new purchasers, if we give the following general statement : the "all in)' costs for running chars-a-bancs of the types and capacities to which we have referred, and with usual allowances made for contingencies and insurances, will vary—inclusive of depreciation and maintenanco—according to loads, mileages, roads, and nature of body maintenance, from Sid. per mile run to is. Ad. per mile rim. We do not profess that the latter figure covers certain abnormal cases,in which, however, unusually large fares are chargeable for unique service.
