Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A Altditm•ixe Lace in Walcs. The CEMAES MOTOR AND GENERAL Aukucv..—mr. T. L. Jones, the manager of this company, writes to us to state that he owns one char-a-bancs, and that it is a two-ton Lacre. "It has done very good service between Cemaes ' and Amlwch. The vehicle has, during the past two seasons, done these trips six times a day, and not infrequently during the winter." The traffic during the summer of 1913, so Mr. Jones tells us, has been very good indeed. These owners have never had any trouble with their Lacre, although they not cnly use it for the regular service mentioned above, but also for trips in the surrounding country.
