RESIDENTS WHO objected to vehicle noise from a firm delivering car components won a partial victory when a Traffic Commissioner imposed conditions on a licence increase.

North-Western TC Beverley Bell increased the authorisation on the licence held by Rudolph & HelIman Automotive from eight to 10 vehicles hut imposed a condition that no more than eight vehicles be operated at one time.
