NOTTINGHAMSHIRE Haulier Bowling Transport has bought a batch of new M ANs.
In the past few weeks, the company has acquired an 18-tonne TGM chassis.a 6x2TGA rigid with Atlas Crane. two 65-tonne 6x2 TO A heavy haulage trucks and an 8x4 m uck away TGA.
They all feature MAN TipMatic auto boxes and meet Euro4 using EGR. MD David Bowring prefers EGR over SCR because it does rely on Ad-Blue.
With 30 years' experience of F products. it wa.s a natural progres for Bowring to adopt MAIN Bowring says the German tr. now account for 99% of its fleet.
The company is prima involved in landfill and gem haulage; it recently took c Yorkshire firm Whitkirk Solutions ( CM 9 November).
