EASTERN Traffic Commissioner Geoffrey Simms has reserved judgement on the fate of the licence held by Felixstowe freight firm CP Transportation Services after it appeared at a Cambridge public inquiry.

Simms is considering whether to revoke or suspend CP's licence. and whether Searle and another director, Anthony Searle. should be disqualified from holding a licence.
