Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KIRKCALDY-BASED Wishart International has invested in new double-deckers and an additional depot in Dundee.

The site at Dundee's Riverside Distribution Park will be used for a nightly trunk on Palletline work; vehicles based there will also run to and from Palletline's northern hub near Preston, Lancs.

The Dundee depot will provide a more local service for Wishart customers in the large PH and DD postcode area which it covers for Palletline.

To cope with the extra work, Wishart has acquired three new livened double-deck trailers at a cost of £75,000.

Managing director Andrew Wishart says: "Demand for our services, both nationally through Palletline and locally, continues to grow and it was the logical step for us to open premises in Dundee to deal with the increased traffic to and from there and the Perth area."
