Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

twomonth run when an eagleeyed driver spotted an abandoned trailer in a yard in Witham.

The BAP Transport trailer was found the same morning it was stolen last week at Eastways Industrial Estate, Witham, still loaded with 20 tonnes of printing paper worth £18,000.

A Thomas Boers driver spotted the trailer outside the depot but didn't report the find until he had seen the details on Truckwatch. It has now been returned to the owner and the driver may get a reward.

The Red Volvo FL10 tractor that accompanied the trailer is still missing. Both were stolen from BAP's yard in Hawkins Road, Colchester.

National Lorry Crime officer Rod Walker is delighted with the find and says it is proof the scheme is now beginning to work.
