Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

youngsters with an interest in transport, or simply getting away from mum and dad, could do themselves a bit of good by entering the Chartered Institute of Transport's National Youth Transport Competition. Cash prizes can be won for pupils and schools, while the top prize features a tour of Europe's transport "super-sites" (does the itinerary include the carpark at Basildon Safeway?—Ed). Now into its sixth year, the competition complements syllabus work on geography. Entries can take the form of an essay or project work, so long as the subject is a transport issue.
