Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Toby Clark • Iveco's walk-through TurboDaily 35.10 highcube parcels van will go on sale in the UK next summer. The 35.10 was first shown at Hanover last year.

The 3.5-tonne TurboDaily City has a 12.3m' body—based on the Daily High Roof—on a 3.31m wheelbase. The nearside passenger door is replaced by an electrically operated plug door (operated from a switch on the dashboard), the steel bulkhead is divided (to walk through) and the load floor is completely flat. Wheelarch intrusion is eliminated by fitting twin 14in rear wheels and 165/55R14 tyres, and raising the overall floor height by 25mm. Rear suspension remains basically standard although the leaf springs are recambered.

Iveco says the City cuts delivery-cycle times by 20% compared with a conventional van. Current right-hand-drive prototypes have a forward-opening plug door, but UK production versions will be fitted with a safer, quicker rearward-opening type.

The flat load floor will also find application in ambulance versions of the Daily, and small dual wheels are available for low-height chassis-cab applications such as car transporters. However this system means that two spare wheels must be carried.
