Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

specially I designed for operation in Central Africa, have juSt left Leyland Motors Ltd. for the Rhodesian United Transport Group. They are based on Worldmaster chassis and have an additional axle behind the rear axle to meet axle-loading regulations in the Rhodesias. The chassis are for 36 ft.-long bodywork, have flattopped frames and are equipped with Leyland 150 b.h.p. engines, semiautomatic Pneumo-Cyclic transmission and air brakes. The standard Worldmaster worm-driven rear axle becomes the leading bogie axle. The additional axle is a trailing unit from Leyland's Power-Plus heavy goods range and the non-reactive suspension layout from this range is also used. Single 11.00-20 (16 ply) tyres are fitted all round and a spare wheel is carried on a winch under the rear of each chassis.
