Big Leyland Issue: Ordinary stockholders of Leyland Motors, Ltd., are to be offered 2,478,161 El ordinary shares at 41s, each. Increased capital is required to finance the operation of the Tank arsenal at Farington which Leyland have bought.

Scottish Films: A programme of colour films of Scotland, arranged in conjunction with the Scottish Tourist Board, is to be shown at Victoria Coach Station, London, S.W.1, next Thursday. Tickets are available to booking agents and their staffs.

More Taskers Orders: Sixty-five 10-ton platform semi-trailers with S.A.E. coupling gear are to be delivered to British Road Services next year by Taskers of Andover (1932),..Ltd., in addition to 100 8-ton drawbar trailers, the order for which was reported last week.
