MR. A. E. PorrEa, of Expandite, Ltd., has left for Australia to set up a subsidiary company there.

MR. ARTHUR DRURY, manager of the Scunthorpe depot of the Lincolnshire Road Car Co., Ltd., is to retire next month after 35 years in transport.

Ma. H. ScHotes, of Joseph Lucas Electrical, Ltd., has been awarded the Schofield travel scholarship for 1956 of the Institution of Production Engineers. The award entitles the recipient to visit a selected European country .for an industrial study visit.
