MI vans sold through the new scheme will be subject to rigorous inspection to ensure their performance, as well as security checks to ensure they are not stolen, have no outstanding finance and have not been subject to a total loss claim. They will be fully valeted and will come with a one-year, unlimited-distance warranty and a year's roadside assistance cover.
A spokesperson for the company says the scheme, introduced over the past month, follows on from a similar scheme for used car sales. It will help create a single standard of service across all dealers. "There were no hard and fast rules before but this streamlines it," he adds. "You can now expect the same level of service from any of our van centres."
