Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A group of Gloucestershire hauliers are backing a local woman's campaign to highlight the dangers of speeding, following the death of her daughter in a road accident.

Vehicles run by CM Downton, Eric Vick Transport and Joseph Rice will all now have stickers on the back bearing the slogan "Speeding kills—drive the message home".

The campaign led by mad safety campaigner Jan Wildman also has the support of Birds Eye, Walls, Dairy Crest and Mitsubishi Motors. We got involved as the result of a chance conversation, but we have always had a keen interest in road safety," says a spokesman for CM Downton. "Our 107-strong fleet of artics will all display the A3 stickers."

"I am delighted that Downton and other business have agreed to support Jan's campaign," says Gloucestershire County Council road safety team leader Garry Handley. "This important message will be seen by countless motorists and I hope the message will stick with these drivers."
