Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

/ A fuel bunkering network is investigating how three trucks which filled up with dery at one of its sites broke down soon afterwards.

PCS of Felixstowe accepts that the fuel was faulty. Now it aims to trace the supplier — it says it has never before dispensed sub-standard diesel.

The trucks belonged to Immingham haulier East Trans and two of its subcontractors, Traction International and Lamb Transport. East Trans manager Terry Ellis says the vehicles filled up with 1,500 litres of dery at Immingham last week. They spluttered to a halt a short while later and their tanks had to be drained and re-filled. The company has submitted a claim for compensation to PCS.
