A package which fell A package which fell
off the back of a Datapost lorry and ended up in a Westminster bin has been returned to its owner by an eagle-eyed binman.
The package contained the only manuscript of The Tillotson Legacy, the latest novel by Devon author Mary Wesley who had sent the handwritten draft to her London editor.
