Northern England A1(M): Contraflow traffic will be in operation until mid-November n a 5.6-mile section from north of the Blind Lane interchange (A167 hester-le-Street) to south of the Carrville interchange (A690 Duram).
Ml: There is southbound carriageway resurfacing between juncons 28 (Leyland) and 29 (Preston) until July. An alternative route is ia A6 and A49 to junction 28.
Ml: Repairs to a three and a half mile stretch between junctions 30 rid 33 will mean lane closures until early June. At most times, four Ines will be kept. open, but the northbound entry slip road to the 118 at junction 31 will be closed.
M6: Both carriageways will be resurfaced for three and a half riles north of junction 35 (Carnforth). Contraflow arrangements will a in use until the end of June.
Midlands
Al: The Foston by-pass in Lincolnshire will have its northbound 3 rriageway closed until late June.
M5: There are occasional lane closures between junctions 7 an until June, due to major reconstruction work.
Ml: Until early October there will be continuous 24-hour two-v traffic on one carriageway from junction 16 (Northampton West) four miles towards Watford Gap.
M6: Until August, all traffic is sharing one carriageway betwE junction 1 (Rugby) and junction 2 (M69 Coventry).
South-east England Ml: Contraflow traffic is in operation for 16 miles from Watf Gap services southwards to two miles south of junction 15 u November. For part of the time, sliproads to and from the sot bound carriageway will be closed at junctions 15 and 16, but no the same time.
M3: The outside lanes are closed in both directions betwi junctions 3 (Woking/Bracknell) and 4 (Farnborough) prior to rriz roadworks scheduled for June.
A3: There are extensive road improvement works south of Gu ford between the Wooden Bridge and The Cathedral turn-off for next 13 weeks. Delays and serious congestion are expected.
Al2: West of Widford near Chelmsford, the London-bound carria way is reduced to one lane due to roadworks, between 9.30am 4pm.
Wales and the West Due to partial structural collapse of the Boars Head Inn at CheE Street, Mold, a temporary one-way system has been introducec Mold Town Centre for an indefinite period. Through traffic sho avoid the area.
A30: In Devon repairs are under way at several points along 1 route between Launceston and Chard.
A303: There are roadworks at various points between liche$. and Ilminster throughout the month. Heavy goods vehicles she avoid the route due to narrow road widths.
M4: There are various lane closures on the Severn Bridge ( tween junctions 21 and 22) and further west between junction (A48 Newport) and junction 25 (Caerleon).
