Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE FIRST new bus for many years from Shelvoke & Drewery's Special Purpose Vehicle Division has been built in co-operation with Reeve-Burgess for the British Airports Authority at Heathrow.

The central exit/entrance features a new low-entry height made possible by the dropframe chassis. The body on the ten-metre (33ft) vehicle is built by Reeve Burgess and is tubular steel framed with aluminium sheet and glass-fibre reinforced plastic exterior panels.

The Shelvoke chassis is powered by a Ford six-litre turbo-charged diesel engine (as used in the R-Series psv) coupled to an Allison AT540 automatic gearbox, and Dunlop low-profile tyres are used.

The Shelvoke has been specifically designed for such services as the Heathrow long-term car park which is presently operated by Whyten Airport Services' fleet of Ford R-Series Willowbrook buses.

The low floor chassis was built specifically with ease of passenger loading in mind.
