SIX exhibition buses, one driven by Transport Secretary Norman Fowler and others by the Minister representing Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, and the Minister for the Disabled, Hugh Rasef, completed a lap of honour round London's Horseguards Parade this week. They then set off with less famous drivers to tour the country, making the International Year of the Disabled.

Each double-decker contains an exhibition, Getting There, mounted by the Department of Transport with help from the National Bus Company.

The buses will stop at 300 major towns and cities where they will be exhibited alongside local transport schemes designed to help the disabled.
