Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A THREE-DAY vehicle recovery course approved by the RTITB and covering classroom and practical on-site tuition with typical equipment is being run by TFL Recovery Services, Great Grandsden, Sandy, Beds, from June 3 to June 5. The charge per person is £65 .exclusive of VAT on accommodation.

The first day is spent 'in the classroom, the remaining two days on disused brickfield workings with Scammell Constructor, Dia mond T and Leyland Hippo vehicles each fitted with various makes of recovery equipment.

Points covered in the practical exercises 'include the recovery of overturned vehicles and vehicles stuck in ravines or ditches. Equipment training includes the use of a snatch block-sled, emergency Wire-splicing; special attention is paid to the positioning of chains, ropes and snatch blocks for correct load proportioning during recovery.
