You would find a visit to our Basildon Works of very real interest. To see how BONALLACK bodies are made is a fascinating experience, and proof enough in itself that we can save you money.
You would see in our setting out department, the scrupulous care with which each body is designed— right down to the last detail—by a skilled specialist. You would see how every item of every body is taken from fully proven Master drawings. You would see components being jig-built by the latest cold-squeeze riveting process, so that every sub-assembly is identical and readily replaceable in the event of accidental damage. You would see the sub-assemblies being erected to the exact patterns produced by the setting out department, so as to give maximum strength with minimum weight.
In one visit to our 6-acre factory, there would not be time to show you everything, but you would see enough of our design technique and production methods to appreciate why BONALLACK bodies are acknowledged to be the best, and so low in price.
