Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Ford has announced designations and some of the prices for the all-new Transit range of vans and chassis-cabs, which are available at dealers from today.

The initial range is confined to

rear-wheel-drive models— lighter front-wheel-drive variants will go on sale later in the year. Transit model numbers have

changed, too: rather than being related to the payload, they now indicate the gross vehicle weight. So the 3.5-tonne GVW model, formerly the Transit 190, is now called the Transit 350. The SWB, MWB and LWB suffixes still indicate short, medium or long wheelbase.

Prices are about 1% higher than for equivalent "old" Transits, but Ford claims that higher levels of standard equipment, including remote central locking and a driver's airbag, represent more than 2.5% of "added feature value".
