Alarm alarm
• Policyholders whose fire and security alarms include automatic telephone diallers should check that their alarm companies have plans to modify the system before dialling codes change on 16 April 1995. They can be modified from 1 August 1994 but if left unmodified after April 1995 they will only ring an automatic announcement.
