• TNT Express is backing a claimed 8.5% increase in parcel traffic in the South-West by investing more than £500,000 in two depots in the region.
But TNT requires a further 12.5% growth to justify the investment, says Chris Atkinson, TNT Express UK general manager, sales and marketing.
The money will pay for a £200,000 refurbishment at the Bristol depot and a £300,000 office development at Llantrisant, South Wales. About 20 jobs will be created.
0 TNT Contract Distribution is adding 50 dealers to its nationwide parts delivery service for Nissan Motor (GB) and has begun parts delivery to Nissan's 21 fork lift truck dealerships.
