Motor Traction Co. Ltd., which operates services in Staffs, Derbyshire, Cheshire and Shropshire, were granted by the West Midland Traffic Commissioners last week. The increases---1d., 2d. and, in some cases, 3d. on single fares—will come into effect on August 1 Similar applications by six North Staffs independent operators were also granted.
