ASECOND British trailer manufacturer —T. W. Walker Ltd. of Thornabyon-Tees—has signed an agreement with the French organization SCETA (Societe de Controle et d'Exploitation de Transports Auxiliaires) enabling them to build a full range of Kangaroo road/rail semi-trailers under licence. SCETA is the owner of the various patents involved.

Earlier this year, R. A. Dyson and Co. Ltd. obtained similar rights (" The Commercial Motor", February 5) and we understand that a third British trailer manufacturer is negotiating an agreement.
