by Derren Hayes • A Yorkshire driver has been charged with theft from his employer after he allegedly stole diesel worth £1,200 using a fuel card.

Huddersfield driver Clive Layton had been driving for Batley-based Transhaul International for only two months when he is alleged to have started paying for fuel used on personal business on the company's fuel-card account.
