• Milton Keynes-based New Wave Logistics has secured a 12-month contract extension worth 2200,000 to supply warehousing and distribution services to Japanese fax manufacturer Muratec Robsons, part of UCI Logistics, has won a 12month distribution contract with Tesco. Robsons will store wine at its Flit-wick depot in Bedfordshire before delivering to Tesco's Northampton distribution centre.
Linkman, TDG's bulk liquids division, has won the national distribution contract for cleaning and hygiene firm Henkel Ecolab. Linkman will deliver detergents to breweries and food companies throughout the UK.
P&O Roadtanks, the bulk carrier division of P&O European Transport Services, has been awarded a rolling distribution contract with German chemical maker HuIs UK, The company will operate 10 vehicles from its Middlesbrough depot.
Exel Logistics and Palletways UK are joining forces. Under the terms of agreement, Lichfield-based Palletways will in future deliver pallets on a next-day basis to 200 customers on Exel's behalf.
