Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASTAINLESS STEEL tank, insulated and enclosed within an aluminium .skin, is being used for the bulk transport of refined sugar by Mb. Keyzer, Zaandam, Holland. The tank has a capacity of 15-16 tons and is mounted on a Netam tandem-axled semi-trailer. The tractor is a 150 b.h.p. Leyland Super Beaver, with fully automatic transmission, assembled and supplied by Leyland Holland N.V.

The load enters the tank through a manhole at the front, with the tank in the tipped position below a silo. Tipping is by twin hydraulic rams, and four hydraulic legs support the semi-trailer. Power for these operations is supplied by a small petrol engine mounted amidships on the semi-trailer.

Unloading is carried out at an angle of 38° through a manually operated valve at the rear of the tank. The sugar passes through a tubular shaft into a special storage tank kept at each unloading point. The system replaces a costly method of delivering sugar in 110-1b. bags.
