Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Two men who ran a legitimate truck breaking business have received jail sentences after being found guilty of handling stolen lorry parts at Grimsby Crown Court.

The pair, Harry Smith of New Street, Darfield and Lawrence Ward of Grove Lane, Hemsworth were found guilty of conspiracy to handle stolen goods, namely LGVs, trailers and their loads, on 16 February, after a 10-day trial. Smith was jailed for 15 months and Ward for nine months. The court heard they ran the "Thisisit" truck dismantling yard in Wath-upon-Dearne, South Yorkshire. When Scunthorpe police's stolen vehicle squad visited its premises they found parts of a stolen tipper among legitimately broken vehicles.

Police travelled to Jamaica to intercept two containers they suspected held stolen parts. When they were opened at Kingston docks, one of the four trucks inside was found to be stolen, the court heard. Two other men, Glyn Hesletine of Carlton Road, Barnsley and Andrew John Lister of Briar Lane, HavercroFt, accused of the same offences, were found not guilty.
