THIS YEAR'S Lorry Driver of the Year finals are almost certain to be held again at Cranfield, Bedfordshire.
The LDoY organisers, led by national secretary John Wells (a former Road Haulage Association national chairman), are still discussing details of the contest with three potential sponsors.
The change of sponsorship follows CM's decision last year to cease sponsoring the event.
This year's finals — at which new rules are likely to apply — will almost certainly be held on Sunday, September 9.
