Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IF in the words of Ecclesiastes, "the race is not to the swift," the Wincanton and Lep groups are in for a disappointment.

Wincanton hopes to get ahead of the competition by sponsoring the Archer Road Club's annual 109-mile amateur road race on March 31, which has been renamed the Wincanton Wheels International, This is described as Britain's top amateur singleday race and the 60 entrants will include cyclists from Holland, Belgium, France, Denmark and Ireland.

Lep is not content with pedal power. It is sponsoring the British Formula Libra Championship for single-seat racing cars. Lep's chairman, John Read, it also establishing a scholarship under the title, "The Lep Group Young Driver Award." This has nothing to do with lorry driving but is to assist a non-works driver to obtain a seat in a works team in Formula Ford 1600.
