Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A STAFFORDSHIRE lorry driver has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and with assault occasioning actual bodily harm following an incident outside Sheerness steel mill, Kent, last week.

The driver, who has not been named, will appear before Sheerness magistrates on March 14.

Two pickets were injured in the incident outside the mill on Thursday last week.

Meanwhile, the Road Haulage Association reports that between 8,000 and 10,000 drivers have been laid off as a result of the steel strike, and it has recommended operators to lay off drivers rather than use spare vehicles to chase sparse business.
