Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Business / Finance

TITLE ORGANISATION Chief executive Bibby Distribution If there was an award for the most acquisitive transport company in 2010, Bibby Distribution would make a worthy winner. At the end of 2009, Bibby's turnover was £185m. In May, Its annual turnover passed £210m as Bibby bought Taygroup; in August, it bought contracts from the collapsed MRS Distribution worth about £10m; and, in October, it snapped up TM Logistics, taking its turnover to E250m.

And if that wasn't enough, Speak told CM recently: "This is unlikely to be our last purchase. It is the latest one in a number we are actively pursuing to expand our business."

There are many stories of businesses expanding too fast, especially during a recession, and struggling to integrate, but Speak strikes us as eminently sane (certainly a 'prof ft is sanity' CEO) and a steady hand. We await his and Bibby's next move with interest.
