A public inquiry, due to be held on 13 January, will consider a variation application from JET Distribution, based in Bathgate, West Lothian, as well as disciplinary action.
The directors on the application are listed as Donald Carmichael, Ian Wilson, Lynn Bond, Michael Beveridge and Robert Gordon, JBT has continued to trade after sister company MRS Distribution went into administration in August.
KPMG was appointed on 6 August to handle the administration and sale of MASS assets.
Several MRS contracts were taken over by JBT as well as by Bibby Distribution.
In addition, the MRS warehouse site in Eathgate was sold for £5.3m to another company run by Carmichael and VVilson.
According to documents recently filed at Companies House, MRS left a total deficiency that tops the £20m mark.
