Rotherham-based EIP has built the first of a batch of 13.6m curtain-sided swap bodies for road/rail specialist Hay Pollock for its UK/Italy groupage operation. The swaps have a 13.4m x 2.37m high x 2.47m wide inner dimensions for carrying 24 metric/33 eura-pallets within the 78.5m3 load space.
The 11 ordered include some with a sliding roof for top loading with machinery or unitised loads.
