Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TRADING STANDARDS has confirmed it is investigating Londonbased LGV training broker Quick Pass LGV, which has disabled its website and applied to be struck off the register of companies.

Quick Pass was only incorporated at Companies House in November 2011, but within nine months it prompted customers to lodge complaints with Tower Hamlets Council.

Records show that the business was run by 26-year-old sole director Mohammed Rahman, and that he applied to have the business struck off on 27 July.

Rahman registered the business at offices rented in the Docklands Business Centre in the Isle of Dogs, east London.

Sean Pargeter, founder of HGV/LGV Training, warns anyone investing in training to do their research. “Customers are strongly advised not to part with any money until they have at least visited the training company first.”
